We spent the last year building the hard part of agentic software: the infrastructure.
At Ark, that meant graph-engineered scientific workflows, custom bioprocess skills, KVM-backed code sandboxes, customer-specific Docker environments, and S3 mounted directly into agent filesystems through FUSE.
Then a partner asked: “We already have our own agent. Can it use Ark?” So, Ark now speaks MCP.
Partners can bring their own model, harness, memory, approval workflows, and security infrastructure and connect directly to more than 100 Ark tools. Their agents can validate datasets, train models, run simulations, execute scale and optimization studies, and inspect the results.
Ask: “Take the latest dataset, validate it, train a model, scale to my XDR-200, and identify any risks.”
Your agent does the reasoning. Ark executes the science.
We’re still building Ark’s native agent experience. But great infrastructure should create leverage, not lock-in.
Use our agent. Or bring yours. Either way, connect it to Ark.
